Are your trainers certified and professional?

Yes, all our fitness trainers are certified, and most of them hold a Bachelors's degree in Sports Science. The minimum requirement for a Fortius trainer is either reps certification level 2 or a UAE bodybuilding federation certification. All our trainers undergo extensive training from our Head Coach and transformation specialist Milos!

Can I lose weight and build lean muscle at the same time?

It is widespread to achieve fat loss and put a significant amount of lean muscle if you are a beginner. The more advanced you become, the harder it gets to accomplish those two goals simultaneously! In that case, you should focus on one goal during a set period. We suggest that people who need to lose weight first concentrate on that and, after, put all their energy towards building lean muscle tissue.

How fast can I achieve a body transformation?

That will depend on many factors like what your current health status is, how many fitness sessions a week you are planning to do, your previous exercise experience, your current weight, etc. A realistic weight loss number is 0.5kg-1kg per week if you want to preserve your health and give your body enough time to adjust to the changes. However, we are here to serve you as a client, and if you have a timeline to reach, we are here to deliver the results you want!

Do you offer personal training sessions in Abu Dhabi?

Currently, we don't do personal training in Abu Dhabi, but our trainers can offer exceptional levels of services via our online training programs.

Will I lose all my gains if I stop exercising and following my nutrition plan?

Muscle loss is a relatively slow process that speeds up as we age. That process becomes faster every decade of our lives, so it is crucial always to remain active and participate in resistance training. Nutrition does not have to be strict all the time, we allow a lot of flexibility in our plans, but it is crucial to have some consistency with the meal numbers and amount of protein you consume! We believe at Fortius Dubai that healthy habits also mean a happy life!

Do I need a personal trainer to achieve my goals?

A study done in 2014 showed that the group that was training under the supervision of personal trainers achieved more significant weight loss and built more lean muscles than the group that trained alone. We strongly suggest hiring a skilled personal trainer to teach you how to train correctly before deciding to attempt transforming yourself. At Fortius, when working with our clients, we believe in the power of whole foods. We aim for a nutrient-dense diet that will allow you to achieve your goals without the need for supplementation. However, plenty of supplements can be helpful if used correctly and in combination with a healthy diet! There is no one fits all approach when It comes to supplementation protocols, so we have our Head Coach carefully choose only those supplements that can have a tangible impact on your health and performance.

What is the best age for transformation?

When it comes to transforming your physique, age will not be a limiting factor as long as the training program and nutrition plan meets your body's demands for your age group.
