Our 9-week Hero Program is a balanced Strength, Hypertrophy, and Conditioning program that will help you lose weight, tone, and build muscle tissue!

Q- What is the difference between the 9 Weeks Hero Program and the Better Body Home Programs?

A- While both programs are highly effective, well rounded, and structured, some of the main differences are:

Duration - Better Body typically 5 weeks, Hero Program 9 weeks

Structure - Better Body RPE based, Hero Program Timer/Round Based

Viewing - Better Body PDF with links to demos, Hero Program fully guided workout (just press PLAY)

Q- Can females use the Hero Program and get results?

A- Absolutely yes, as our Hero Program is a well-rounded body shaping and conditioning program! However, if you are looking at primarily focusing on your lower body glutes, hamstrings, quads & core, we suggest you go for the Shaper program created by Coach Andjela for women! 

Q- What props do I need for the program?

A- You only need a pair of dumbbells. Ideally, a pair of 2-3 different weight categories or one adjustable pair. You can use the Hero Program for both conditioning & hypertrophy goals. Depending on where you are on that continuum, you would want lighter weights (conditioning) to heavier weights (hypertrophy, time under tension).

Q- Does the Hero Bodyweight Program come with a dieting plan?

A- No, the Hero BW Program does not come with a dieting plan. We strongly recommend our proven, affordable and easy-to-follow Dieting Templates if you want to optimize your goals.

Q- How / when will I receive my product?
