A- Our PRO diet templates are designed for people seriously involved in the gym training and those who have experience dieting and are comfortable executing a more complex plan. The PRO diet template consists of 5-6 meals and a shake, hence requiring strict timing of the meals. 

Our Weight Loss diet templates, on the other hand, are designed for people that may or may not work out and those that are relatively new to dieting. It is designed to simplify your life as not everyone is willing to spend hours cooking and planning out their meals. 

It is an excellent STRESS-free way to lose weight! 

Q- How precise is the plan?

A- This plan gives you three meals and a snack of your choice. Each meal consists of your choice of protein source, veggie combination, healthy grain or fruit source, and healthy fat source. 

You get to choose all of those from a wide list of over 60 options. The Template's purpose is usability for a broad audience. Unlike our Fortius PRO diet templates, they are not personalized for each individual; however, we wanted something simple that would guarantee results. So we used the following metrics (gender, age groups, and weight group) combined with the Saint Jeor Mifflin equation to get close to each individuals' specific needs! 

However, if you are an athlete, physique competitor, or looking for a bulk phase, the Fortius PRO diet template is for you!

Q- Will I need to weigh and measure ingredients?

A- You can, but you don't have to. Each meal's ingredients come with the amount of protein, carbs, and fats to use, so if you like to be precise, you can measure & you only need a small scale, cup & tbsp. But each diet template also comes with a sample plate visual that lets you know roughly how much food to put on your plate. 

So if you prefer, you can make your meals to match the visual and get great results... zero counting or measuring is required!

Q- Will I have to eliminate my favorite foods?

A- You don't have to! You'll have to reduce them. The Template allows you to have a snack of your choice every day of the week and still get the results you want!
