Q- Who can benefit from the Better Body Programs?

A- The Better Body Programs are for all those who want to follow a fun but structured program that is well-rounded and covers both pieces of training for performance and physique.

Adjustable to a wide range of fitness levels from beginners to advanced (you just need to follow the RPE guidelines in the programs).

They offer great value for the price, as the programs have weekly progressions, workout demos, and even a description of how to perform every single exercise correctly!

Q-How can I be sure that the Better Body Program is for my fitness level?

A- When making your purchase, you will have to fill up a short questionnaire for us to determine your fitness levels, and we will send you the program that will be best suited for you. 

Q- Why is the Better Body Program better than other programs?

A- Unlike most programs, these are adjustable to any fitness level and focus on both performance & physique training. We use techniques that develop multiple abilities from mobility to strength & hypertrophy, all the way to conditioning.

The programs offer a structure that will progressively increase your intensity from week one to five, preparing your body and avoiding any risk of injury.

Q- What is RPE?

A- RPE means the rate of perceived exertion, and we use it as a tool to measure reps close to failure. We will have a detailed graphic and explanation on the program card. Our coaches are always available to support any additional clarifications.

Q- Do the Better Body Programs come with a dieting plan?

A- No, the Better Body Programs do not come with a dieting plan. We strongly suggest optimizing your goals with our proven, affordable, and easy-to-follow Dieting Templates.

Q- How / when will I receive my product?

A- We will send you the confirmation email with the program card shortly after you complete your order. Please be sure to check your spam, promotions, or updates folder as sometimes our emails are sent there.

Q- Do you offer refunds?
