Thank you for shopping with Fortius Dubai. We are committed to providing high-quality fitness products and services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds for our different product categories.

Section 1: Digital Products & Services

This section applies to all digital products and services purchased through our website, including but not limited to:

  • Online training programs (e.g., Hero Program, Shaper Program, Better Body Program)

  • E-books and training guides (e.g., Beach Body Training Guide)

  • Dieting templates

  • Online coaching and personal training sessions (both individual and group)

All sales of digital products and services are final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Once a digital product is purchased and access has been granted (e.g., the file has been downloaded, the program link has been sent, or access to the platform has been provided), the sale is considered complete. Due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital content access, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review the product description before making a purchase.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing or downloading your purchased digital product, please contact our support team at info@FortiusDubai.com within 7 days of purchase for assistance.

Section 2: Physical Goods (Body by Fortius Pilates Reformer)

This section applies exclusively to the Body by Fortius Pilates Reformer.

2.1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Goods

We only accept returns for the Pilates Reformer if the item is delivered to you in a defective or damaged condition. Our policy does not cover change-of-mind returns.

2.2. Inspection and Reporting Window

It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery. You must notify Fortius Dubai of any damage or defects within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To report a damaged or defective item, you must contact us at info@FortiusDubai.com within this 48-hour window and provide the following:

  1. Your full name and order number.

  2. A detailed description of the damage or defect.

  3. Clear photographic and video evidence showing the damage to both the packaging (if applicable) and the product itself.

Failure to report damage or defects with the required evidence within the 48-hour window will result in the return claim being void.

2.3. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused: The reformer must not have been assembled or used in any way.

  • In Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its complete, original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows any signs of use or is not in its original condition and packaging.

2.4. Return Process & Shipping Costs

If your return claim is approved, we will provide you with instructions for the return process.

The customer is solely responsible for all costs associated with the return shipping. These costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.

2.5. Refund or Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim.

  • If approved, we will, at our discretion, either send a replacement unit or issue a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • If the claim is rejected (e.g., the item is found to be used or not defective as claimed), the item will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
