Is it worth hiring a personal trainer?

Is it worth hiring a personal trainer

A study performed in 2014 showed that those individuals that exercised under supervision from a personal trainer had more significant improvements in lean muscle, strength, and VO2max!

That means that you are much more likely to achieve your fitness results under the supervision of an exercise professional!

Unfortunately, many inexperienced personal trainers are out there, and people are often hesitant to hire someone to help them on their fitness journey. That is why it is so essential for trainers to be knowledgeable and follow the newest trends to deliver the best possible service consistently!

It would help if you had someone who would motivate you every step of the way. Someone who would push you when you think you reached your limits. Someone who knows how to get you the results you want without you having to sacrifice too much of your quality time with family or friends. And most importantly - someone who cares about your health as much as we at Team Fortius do!

Can you have a social life and still look like a Greek God?

Is it worth hiring a personal trainer 2

Our Head Coach, Milos, is a perfect example of achieving great results while still having a social life. He goes to brunches almost every week and runs the admin work on top of training his clients!

He trains about four times a week and indulges in desserts a couple of nights a week!

So let's ask him how that is possible?

"It is all possible as long as you have consistency in training!

That is where most personal training clients fail. They don't have the consistency! Here at Fortius, I can guarantee that we have the best fitness trainers that will provide each client with a very effective workout program and nutrition plan, which, if they follow it will get them the results they desire!

We are here to make sure that every workout counts towards achieving your goal physique. You will see results within weeks, if not days, from working with us. It is all possible through innovative dieting plans and consistent workouts with one of our trainers at the gym or in the comfort of your own home through video sessions.

And it can all be done without sacrificing any part of your social life - brunch included ;)

So when people ask, "Can I have both?" The answer will be YESSSS!"

How Head Coach Milos starts his day!

“Upon waking up, I have a sachet of collagen mixed with glutamine and creatine with my glass of water.

The reason I take collagen first thing in the morning is because of the following benefits

  • Supplements can help replace what's naturally lost through aging

  • Collagen is an easy-to-digest source of protein

  • Collagen helps smooth wrinkles and boost elasticity in the skin

  • Collagen may help lessen joint aches and pains

  • Oral supplements may promote gut health

I take glutamine for gut health and muscle recovery, and the reason I supplement creatine is performance on the gym floor.

After that, if I don't have an early start (6 am client), I will have my breakfast which will more than likely consist of high-quality protein like eggs or salmon with some fat source like avocado or olive oil. In some cases, a handful of berries because of their fiber content.

This kind of breakfast helps me maintain good energy levels in the first part of the day. Having too many carbs makes me crash, and then from being the best personal trainer in Dubai, I become not that great, haha!

After breakfast, I will take my vitamin D and Omega 3 pills- and that's pretty much it from my supplements!

Oh, and I forgot the most favorite supplement of all for all personal trainers in Dubai! I am sure you will never guess what it is!?

Coffee, of course! I like my coffee black, and I still have not met one that doesn't drink it!

So if you know any personal trainers in Dubai that don't like it, please let me know.”
